Online training is a way for you to gain my expert wisdom and experience if getting to my Vauxhall base is a bit of a challenge. This is how it works.

You will get the same free 45 minute consultation to cover the following:

1.     What are your goals and aims?

2.     Gym experience or sports background.

3.     Past or existing injuries.

 

The Online coaching covers the following:

1.     Full Program tailored to your needs

2.     One 30-45 minute Googel Meet/FaceTime/mobile call per week to:

a.     Go through your training videos and give feedback

b.     Go through the progress with your program and suggest progressive loads for the following week

c.     Answer any training or program related questions you may have

d.     New program every 4 to 6 weeks depending on training requirements

e.     All program and video data is shared securely via Drop Box or Google Drive
