Okay, how many times have you heard the saying you are what you eat, Fitness is 70% nutrition, or 80% nutrition or 90%... blah blah blah. Right! We get it! Nutrition is important. But in reality you can't out-train a bad diet.

But diet and nutrition can be so confusing as there is so much information out there. Some of its good and some not so good.

I can help you to take the guess work out of nutrition. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to spoon feed you (no pun intended) but I can help you grasp a basic understanding of Macro-nutrients, meal planning and food prep that will help you to make good nutritional choices.
