Prepare Yourself For Strength

There are things you can do while you are getting ready for Strength is the Foundation.

Foundations are built from the ground up and from the inside out, so what I am suggesting to you is a nutritional reset.

The truth is, any exercise program, no matter how sophisticated won't work if you do not have wellness. That is to say that you do not have a good foundation of health and the best way to to get to that place is through good solid nutrition. You need to take care of your body by being mindful of the food that you put into it. 

I think it goes without saying that when you eat well and make good nutritional choices, you simply feel better.

Start to take stock at what you are putting into your body from today and in a few short weeks you will feel more healthy,  energised and you will reap the benefits of any work you do in the gym.
