Hard Work Works When Talent Doesn't

I created my first training program at the age of twelve! I wanted to be on the school football team but the current players were all bigger stronger and faster than me. Okay, so I didn't have the natural talent but I instinctively knew that a structured program and relentless determination would get up to their level of skill!
